Method

Five steps to pick the right packaging.

This is how we work every project — from initial brief to production follow-up. No generic catalogues.

    01

    Understand the product

Format, channel, shelf life, packaging process, end use and technical requirements.

We start with the actual product: composition, serving temperature, cold chain, expiry, sales channel, available machinery and regulatory constraints. Without this step, any recommendation is speculation.

    02

    Source the solution

Benchmark materials, suppliers, existing formats or potential bespoke developments.

Once requirements are clear, we search among standard formats and approved suppliers. When none fit, we outline bespoke development with realistic MOQ, lead time and cost figures.

    03

    Validate samples

Coordinate samples, trials, technical adjustments and client/supplier feedback.

We coordinate sample shipping, line trials, seal testing, barrier measurement and transport tests. We collect production feedback and close adjustments with the supplier.

    04

    Prepare the proposal

Align price, quantities, logistics, scalability and next steps.

We present a proposal with unit price, MOQ, lead times, logistics and scale-up scenarios. The goal is to hand the client a decision with every number on the table.

    05

    Support the rollout

Follow-up until validation, production or commercial launch.

We don't disappear after the order. We follow the first production run, resolve supplier issues and help introduce the packaging into the commercial line — retail, catalogue or direct channel.

Five steps. One goal: packaging that works in your real production.
